Christmas and New Years are quickly approaching. Can you believe that 2022 is right around the corner? It feels like this year went by too fast and while we don’t have any control over that, we can control what we do and how we feel this holiday season. Let’s enjoy these days with friends and family, and maybe just maybe get some snow on Christmas day?? (You know how crazy winters can be here in Wisconsin)

Speaking of crazy, did you know that the demand is so great for remodeling projects going into 2022 that, according to industry analysts, we may see this increased trend last for the next year and a half? With the supply chain as it stands currently and suppliers hard-pressed to get their products out to home remodelers and builders, what does that mean for homeowners like you?

That means that if you’re considering a remodeling project in the next year and a half, or know of someone who is, you may need to reconsider your budget and timeframe.

With costs going up and the average bathroom now costing $20k to remodel and a kitchen generally costing $30k and up, you may need to check your budget again to make sure you can give your home the second life you want.

Also, many contractors (us included) are booking projects into Summer of 2022 already so you may need to get a jump on that before you miss out on your desired completion date.

You’ll feel so much better once you check your budget and timeframe, because we’d hate for you to miss out on giving your home the improvements it deserves. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us, we’re here to help!

On that note, we want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Spend time with the friends and family in your life that matter most to you, in your home, where the best memories are made.

That is, after all, what homes are made for, right?
