* Part-Time Receptionist *
Starting Pay: $14 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and redirect phone calls to appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain our client/lead database, enter in new prospects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Accounting experience (accounts payable/receivable) is a plus
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

You must have the following qualifications:
- Clean Wisconsin license
- Truck/Van
- Most all power and hand tools
- 5+ years experience working in the building/remodeling industry
- Customer oriented
- Good references (customers, businesses, and character)
- Able to work independently and as a team player
